Classified as a mountain lake, the lake offers the possibility of fishing for pike, zander, perch (shore fishing throughout the reservoir, boat fishing in the upstream part of the reservoir only with daily authorization to be requested from the fishing federation). Catches are limited: 3 pike or zander per day and per fisherman, baiting is prohibited.

– Fishing prohibited from the dam, as well as 50 m upstream of the structure on each bank, fishing prohibited in Chazotte Bay (Sail Base) only from May 1 to September 30
– Fishing by boat or float tube limited to the upstream part of the dam from May 1 to September 30.
– Fishing from a boat or float tube is authorized on the entire dam, with the exception of reserve areas from October 1 to the last Sunday in January.
