In the heart of Auvergne, we imagined this small eco-responsible accommodation as a place to let go and reconnect with nature. The place is "kids-friendly": equipment or activities, everything is provided for babies and children.
It can accommodate up to 5 people passing through, and during stays, it is perfect for a couple or a family (up to 4 people).
Small eco-responsible accommodation of 45 m2, this family guest room with kitchen is located on the 1st floor of the old farmhouse (private access by an external staircase). It includes an equipped kitchen (sink, electric stove, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and cookware, etc.), a master bedroom (1 double bed 160 ×200 cm or separable into 2 beds 80×200 cm) adjoining a small bedroom that can accommodate 3 children maximum. (mezzanine bunk bed for 2 people in 90×200 cm + extra bed 90×190 cm) + baby cot, high chair. Shower room (walk-in shower, 2 vanity basins, WC). Central heating.
Private balcony and garden with garden furniture.
Breakfast and tasting trays of local products extra on request.
We carried out 90% of the work ourselves, and used eco-materials or recycled materials, while the decor is mainly made up of old furniture and refurbished objects from the house.
The result ? The charm of yesteryear in today's colors, a warm atmosphere for a stay in slow tourism mode, enjoying nature...
During school holidays, stays are minimum 4 nights.
Many outdoor activities: several hikes departing from the accommodation, nearby: cycling, horse riding, fishing, canoeing... Your host is also a guide and offers eco-tours and workshops on site or nearby (program details and possibilities on our website).
The accommodation is completely suitable for children: cabin room so that they have their independence, small sink at their height in the bathroom, high chairs and booster seats provided, retro games and books, etc. And for outdoor activities: a short walking circuit departing from the house, a game booklet around the theme of the forest to learn while having fun, a retro-recycled play area and a treasure hunt in the hamlet, to play detective while discovering the places
