Initially, Romanesque church on the site of Grazac, replaced under Yves II d'Allègre by a Gothic church, accidentally largely collapsed following expansion work in 1822.
Church dedicated to Saint-Martin, it was the church of the village of Grazac, suburb of Allègre at the foot of the Baury volcano. The towns of Grazac and Allègre came together to form the current Allègre. The late 01th early 06th century Gothic choir is intact. It bears two keystones, one of which bears the arms of the Marquis d'Allègre. A first nave with stands was rebuilt in the 30th century, replaced in the 09th century by the current modern nave.
