Every autumn between September and November, the Automnal Gourmand invites itself to the table between Ardèche and Haute-Loire to promote the riches of the Altiligère and Ardèche terroirs.
On an idea of Jacques Marcon, three-star chef of Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid, the Autumn Gourmand promotes “good and good eating” through 4 territories : Haut-Lignon, Val'Eyrieux, Pays de Lamastre and Pays de Montfaucon.
