The gîte has an independent entrance located at the back of the owners' residence.
All comfort for 3 to 5 people: exposed stone living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine. Convertible sofa (2 places), 3 beds on the mezzanine (1 double bed and 2 single bed). Central heating.
Independent spa and sauna access for paid private sessions; optional sessions to be booked on site; 1 free session for reservations of 7 nights or more).
Ideal place for fishing (200 m river category 1), hiking, mountain biking (marked trails from the gîte), golf (5 km of an 18-hole course)... Open all year round for overnight stays or weekends and only weekly in July and August.

Come and recharge your batteries in our gîte located in the heart of a 6 hectare property bordering the river. Relax in a noise-free space, wake up to the song of birds!
No stress for your children; beyond the garden, total freedom in a car-free space (dead end sand path); at the front a meadow filled with a thousand flowers, at the back an undergrowth of shimmering colors!
You will remember the meals taken in the private garden, lulled by the gentle murmur of the river facing an unobstructed view of nature.

Gite open all year round, arrival possible every day for stays of minimum 2 nights.
During the summer period (July and August): stays of minimum 7 nights with compulsory arrival on Saturday.
