The “Veal des Monts du Velay” and the “Vedelou” are Haute-Loire free-range calves. The launch of the “Veau des Monts du Velay” brand dates back to 1989.

For its part, the “Vedelou” also benefits from a Red Label since the year 2000. Breeders united in a cooperative are in charge of the marketing and promotion of these free-range calves which offer tender and juicy meat with exceptional taste qualities.

The nutrition of "Vedelou"

The 'Vedelou' is fed exclusively with whole milk produced on farms in Haute-Loire, either directly from its mother's udder or by bottle.
