The Michelin guide awards gourmet bibs which reward restaurants offering a quality menu at a maximum price of 35 euros. These are the good little tables selected by the guide's inspectors.

Régis and Jacques MARCON 3 stars

Recipes reflecting the surrounding nature to the personality of Régis Marcon, a creator of culinary emotions.

An inventive cuisine based on wild spring herbs, poultry, farmed meats from the Plateau, green lentils from Puy, cheeses from Ardèche and Auvergne... and especially mushrooms, which have become, over the years, the house emblem.

We went to investigate in this village, jewel of French gastronomy.

Philippe and Clément BRUN 1 star

In the heart of the Allier gorges, Phillippe passed on all his passion for cooking to his son Clément in this family hotel-restaurant overlooking the river. Lovers of picking, they celebrate the many products they find in this corner of nature: mushrooms, Auvergne meats and cheeses, farmed char, but also wild plants and flowers such as sweet woodruff.

We tested a fall recipe

We had the chance to interfere in the kitchen of Clément Brun, for a recipe between land and sea.
