PortraitI have been a chocolate maker, ice cream maker for ten years in Chambon sur Lignon, in Haute Loire. In the heart of the village, my business is known as “Douceurs du Lignon”.
Defender of the values and products of our region, I work in a short circuit; its raw materials are rigorously selected
mainly from local producers in the Rhône-Alpes region.
In summer, à la carte aperitif, aperitif platters, savory waffles.
