Verbena liqueur is one of the emblematic products of Velay, whose family production is still widespread according to recipes passed down from generation to generation.
A unique guided tour at the very heart of the production, in the middle of stills and oak barrels. The guide presents the history and production of the famous liqueur made from 32 plants including locally grown verbena.
