Clothing for athletes made between Lantriac and Saint-Didier-en-Velay

Technical materials are knitted in Lantriac, production in Saint-Ferréol-d'Auroure, design in Saint-Didier-en-Velay at Arod. These microfiber garments allow for easy care and drying and addicts of the trail, cycling, skiing ou hiking are fans of it. So when you've decided to go jogging in the early morning, it's good to put on thermal underwear. And it's so soft and comfortable that some even adopt it in their daily lives at work, at home and with the new ready-to-wear and organic cotton range, we won't be without it!

Eau de Grenouille, original liqueurs born in Séauve-sur-Semène

During a trip to Scotland, Eric goes out between two fishing trips, his pialousse liqueur, a wild sloe that is all the rage with his friends. He then took on his friend Manu to create Eau de Grenouille, a range of craft liquors : local wild plants such as cittern, wild thyme and also cultivated plants such as mint, verbena pampered by our "two frogs". Loving nature, trudging through the woods in search of mushrooms, they offer a ceps liqueur with an “ex-CEPE-tional” taste. Today, they have a range of 16 liqueurs and have invited other signatures to make, pastry chef Bruno MONTCOUDIOL for a cocoa liqueur and Joseph TROTTA, French mixology champion for the very latest: a liqueur of bergamot!

Buffalo mozzarella concocted in Lapte, a stone's throw from Via Fluvia

Always looking for new challenges, Thierry and Marie Lyse, established in organic farming, are turning to buffalo breeding in 2020. They go as far as Aveyron to look for them and fall in love with these beasts with “elephant skin and boar hair”. These impressive but nevertheless adorable buffaloes peacefully grazing the meadow that runs along the Via Fluvia from Lapte will attract the curiosity of cyclists who will ask Thierry and Marie Lyse: “Do you make mozzarella?”. Neither one nor two, Marie Lyse leaves to train to learn how to spin this Italian cheese and manages to concoct her recipe for buffalo milk mozzarella. A rich but more digestible cheese because it contains "less lactose than cow's milk". The range extends to yoghurt, cottage cheese and even panacotta. Hush, there won't be any for everyone. For sale at the Gaec du Brin d'Auvergne farm in Lapte.

La Verturée: beers, syrups, herbal teas and liqueurs straight from Yssingeaux

In 2016, four friends launched on Yssingeaux, the Virtuous, an artisanal organic verbena liqueur that won the silver medal in the 2017 agricultural competition. Building on this success and anchored in sustainable and local development, they complete the range of liqueurs with syrups, herbal teas and beers, going so far as to create a micro-brewery. In 2021, they launch the classic blonde, white, IPA trio and push the originality by brewing an organic white beer with verbena with a citrus taste. A concentrate of pleasures for those who know how to taste it and consume it in moderation.

An organic verbena liqueur by Pagès, in Le Puy-en-Velay

The youngest

A new 30° organic verbena liqueur with a pretty green color and sweet lemony notes

For more than 150 years, the verbena from Velay, from the top of its 53°C, thrones on the Altiligerian tables at the end of any good Sunday meal. But do you know the latest? The Pagès company, labeled Living Heritage, wanted to develop with a group of Millennials aged 25 to 35, residing in Puy-en-Velay, a new organic verbena liqueur. The result is a 30° liqueur with a pretty green color and sweet lemony notes, whose verbena plants will be completely organically grown in the gardens of Pagès in 2023.
