Week-End Tonique dans les Gorges de l'Allier

The programme

1 Day:
Supervised half-day from Monistrol d’Allier to Prades: 12km
Morning: Meet at Monistrol d’Allier. Participants will be equipped with neoprene wetsuits, neoprene socks if necessary, helmet, vest and paddle. Changing rooms and hot showers are at your disposal. After a briefing, boarding for an unusual descent into the Haut-Allier gorges. Sensational rapids: the Benne, the Trou du curé, the Rince Sinus… Descent supervised and led by our state-certified instructors: rock jumping, swimming in the current, boat flipping. Arrival on Prades beach. Shuttle transfer from the canoe to the Pradel base.
Lunch: picnic by the river.
Afternoon: Half-day canoeing from Pradel to our Langeac base: 15km. Descent with numerous rapids and crossings of slides, on a route acclaimed by numerous magazines. Beauty of an absolutely incredible site where pebble and sand beaches and perched villages follow one another. And always something to have fun and go crazy.
At the end of the afternoon shuttle return to Monistrol d'Allier.

2 Day:
Canyoning and free via ferrata 8:30 a.m. or 13:30 p.m.: Canyoning:
Meet at our base in Monistrol d'Allier, welcome and equip yourself then transfer to the canyon site: Le Rouchoux, in St Privat d'Allier. Approach walk then descent of the canyon. Descent of waterfalls using ropes and harnesses: abseiling, jumping into pools, walking and aquatic progression. On the program, rappels, jumps, handrails, discovery of the activity in the company of our instructors.
9 a.m. or 00 p.m.: FREE VIA FERRATA

Meet in the morning or afternoon at the St Jean-Lachalm site. Delivery of equipment to the bar on site. Routes accessible according to level.
