Arriving on site you will find a magnificent recently renovated farmhouse. On the ground floor, two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed and a second with 2 140 cm beds), separate WC.
On the first floor you have a large living room with its fireplace and lounge area. A large table allows you to accommodate your meals, equipped with a scullery with a fridge, a freezer and a water point. Going down a few steps, you access the kitchen with a clear view of the mountains and the 1000m2 land. The functional kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge), has a small dining area and access to the covered terrace and its barbecue.
On the same floor, you will find a bathroom as well as a shower room and a WC. The third bedroom has a 140 bed and a 90 bed, the fourth has a single bunk bed, and the last bedroom has a 90 bed and a 140 bed.
A petanque ground, as well as places to park vehicles are made available to you by the owner.
Sheets and cleaning are included in the price. Internet connection and wood for the fireplace are offered to you free of charge.
