The Fleur de Lotus yoga center welcomes you all year round and offers courses, workshops and training in Ayurvedic yoga, sound yoga and meditation.

Nadège Chable is an Ayurvedic yoga teacher (EHYCS, Montreux, Switzerland – lineage of Paramapadma Dhiranandaji; hatha yoga with therapeutic sounds, meditation and mantra sadhana. Course in Ayurveda, mantra and Vedic philosophy.
Ayurvedic Yoga is a powerful and effective yoga for relieving physical and psychological ailments. It stimulates vital energy and contributes to letting go. Practiced regularly, it allows you to get rid of negative mental patterns in order to find space within yourself and follow a more fulfilling path. Sound yoga explores all aspects of being through vibration in a spirit of Self-discovery.

The Fleur de Lotus Yoga Center is located in the village of Connangles on the La Chaise-Dieu plateau in the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park and offers different class formats: weekly, half-day courses or over several days .
