On the Mézenc Massif, in the heart of the village of Chaudeyrolles, the Maison du Fin Gras gives you the secrets of a unique breeding, the AOP Fin Gras du Mézenc. La Maison du Fin Gras is an exhibition, a shop of local and artisanal products, a typical range of Fin Gras and agri-cultural activities.

New 2024

The inauguration of the new Maison de l'AOP Fin Gras du Mézenc "Season 2" will take place in 2024. 15 years after its creation, the house is under renovation to refresh its image and take into account its multiple functions as a real place of life of the AOP in all its aspects. Come and discover the brand new exhibition, shop and offices for the ODG.
