In the historic center of Brioude, the Hôtel de la Dentelle offers: cultural space, creative workshop, training center and shop.
Permanent exhibition: more than 100 contemporary creations from HDLD in Cluny Polychrome de Brioude.

Alliant savoir-faire, créativité, innovation et formation, l'Hôtel de la Dentelle (marque déposée) est le haut lieu des points d'esprits fondé par Odette Arpin. Vous pénétrez l'univers de la dentelle aux fuseaux dans le berceau du Cluny Polychrome de Brioude. Vous aurez plaisir à découvrir ses multiples facettes et trésors exposés : une centaine de créations contemporaines et colorées.
L’atelier est visible lors de la visite. Une vidéo retrace la fabrication des dentelles de couleur, l’évolution historique, la technique de cet espace de vie et de travail consacré à la beauté du geste.

Ce centre de formation agréé Qualiopi propose des stages tous niveaux, enfants et adultes, toute l’année, ainsi que des initiations pour celles et ceux qui désirent faire danser les fuseaux brièvement. L’agrément Qualiopi vous permet d’utiliser vos CPF pour vous former à l’atelier de l’HDLD.

The temporary exhibition at the Hôtel de la Dentelle 2024 is… Emmanuelle Dupont: “Textile Sculptures”! From June 7 to October 26.
Winner of the Liliane Bettencourt Prize for the Intelligence of the Hand 2008, Emmanuelle Dupont hand embroiders the most varied materials to create her gorgonians and other textile sculptures.
