Gîte L'oeil de Vert
New Gîte (3 épis) sleeping 14 with 3 bedrooms (1 double bed in each bedroom) and a dormitory sleeping 8 (4 single beds and 2 bunk beds.) The gîte is adjoining the owners' house but has a access with independent ground.
Francine and Julien offer you the opportunity to take advantage of the facilities created for their children: trailer cabin, football cage, etc.
The entrance is through a hall leading to the main living room equipped with a comfortable kitchen with a large dining table and a lounge area organized around the porthole and offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
to complete the ground floor: a bedroom equipped with a 160 bed, a shower room and a toilet.
On the first floor a relaxation area is fitted out with a net suspended above a mezzanine, two bedrooms equipped with 160 cm beds, a dormitory equipped with 4 90 cm beds which are also complemented by two 90 cm bunk beds, a bathroom water and a toilet.
On site: For reading lovers, the lodge has a well-stocked library, for sports enthusiasts, numerous hiking trails departing from the lodge, and for mushroom pickers, access to the forest is very quick.
Nearby: the village of Lapte has essential shops, you can discover the nautical base of the Lavalette dam and the largest Himalayan footbridge in France linking Grazac to Saint Maurice de Lignon.
For your comfort, electricity, bed and bath linen, and cleaning are included in the price.
Outside of summer and Christmas holidays, weekends possible with arrival on Friday evening and departure on Sunday at the end of the day.
