This house, individual with private and closed garden, sheltered some artists, of which the last in date Vera BRAUN, who installed her workshop there and lived there until 1998.
Renamed "l'Atelier du Peintre", we have preserved the large living room which served as Vera Braun's workshop and have converted the rest of the building into a vast holiday home where you can enjoy the large rooms but also a beautiful and vast garden. quiet.
On the ground floor a large living room with a fully fitted kitchen (XL American fridge, freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher) a dining area and a lounge area. Also on the ground floor, separate toilets, a double bedroom with lounge area + adjoining independent bathroom (large Italian shower + WC + basin).
Upstairs, a large bedroom where children or teenagers will be completely independent (3 single beds with a lounge area (click clack that can accommodate 2 additional people).
On the landing, the second bathroom with bath + basin + WC.
On this floor, you will also find a very large living room that used to be the painter's studio.
Two large garden areas, one at the front and the other at the back of the house, will ensure you good moments of relaxation and leisure with family or friends. Evening aperitif and barbecue guaranteed! The gîte is only rented from mid April to mid October.
