This small detached house is a carefully restored old dovecote in a quiet and flowery little village.
Located in a property comprising the owners' house and another gite for 4 people (la Bayardière), the gite opens onto a 15 m² terrace and a large enclosed common ground (5000 m²) with swings where everyone can find their privacy. A real little jewel of happiness and comfort.

Electric heating extra depending on consumption from October to March.
