We are artisan producers in Haute-Loire.
Specializing in the cultivation and processing of fresh plants and fruits into liqueurs, beers, syrups and herbal teas, we market our products under the name La Virtueuse.
Our production is 100% artisanal and local, we control the entire production chain from the soil to your glass!
Proud of our regional traditions, we apply ourselves to creating products that respect the ancestral methods of manufacturing by maceration thanks to the recipes taken from the books of our grandmothers.
Our objective is to create unique products – without coloring or preservatives – of high quality which help to highlight our terroir.
For the raw materials used, they are either grown organically on our farm, or selected from French producers who share our values. Plants or fruits, everything is worked fresh to be immediately processed and put into vats.
These requirements give our products their unique and authentic taste, thanks to the natural infusion of raw materials into the alcohol which will become the base of our spirits.
In summary: fresh produce, alcohol, water, just the right amount of sugar and time. That's all !
In 2021, our team took on a new challenge and created its Artisanal Brewery to offer you a range of organic and local beers!
Enough to share good times, from the aperitif to the digestive, with unpretentious products that are good for your morale!
