Large grassy plot of land with lovely flowers in the summer. The site is an LPO refuge (bird protection).

The +: this old renovated building is located on the edge of the Via Fluvia (Greenway) and only 150 m from Raucoules station, departure of the Velay Express (highest steam train in France, which provides a connection with the Ardèche greenway Dolcevia). 15 minutes by bike from the Lavalette nautical base and close by bike to the Himalayan footbridge (18 km only via Via Fluvia).

All shops, services and entertainment in Montfaucon-en-Velay (4 km via the greenway).

This rental labeled Accueil Vélo is located 20 m from the Via Fluvia (greenway), the new cycling route in France, which opens onto a large preserved and spectacular outdoor paradise. The Via Fluvia is a cycle route that connects the Loire to the Rhône, two magnificent rivers that never cross.

This route is entirely paved and is reserved for pedestrians and cyclists. An ideal outing idea for families with strollers, tricycles, scooters, etc. Open to all with free access, the Voie verte allows in complete safety the practice of walking, cycling, sliding (rollers/scooters) on a route at a low slope accessible to the greatest number of people.

Located 15 minutes by mountain bike from the great crossing of the Haute-Loire by mountain bike, the long house offers many possibilities for walks: Gorges de la Dunières, tour of Lac de Lavalette, sunset at Mont Lizieux, …
