Our permaculture farm allows us a significant level of food autonomy. All choices are made with the main objective of having the lowest possible environmental impact... within the limits of the economic viability of our structure.
Marie-Claire and David offer you LA TABLE de Vailhac, a peasant inn, where 100% of the vegetables, meat (pork, poultry), honey, fruit and herbs come from our AB certified farm (FR BIO 10). Dairy products, oils, flour are purchased from organic farmers in Haute-Loire. About 95% local and organic.
