We are Nicolas and Lise Russier, farmers and producers of meat from Salers cows. Listed as "Beef of Haute Loire" and "Salers red label" and HVE (High Environmental Value). The animals are fed with our mid-mountain hay, cereals and flax seeds rich in omega3. This GAEC between spouses is called "Salers and Bol d'Air", in connection with the Salers high breed and also because Lise gives a breath of fresh air as an experienced specialist educator, to children in difficulty from 6 to 12 years.
We are sensitive to agrotourism, which is why we have a 3 ears “Disabled Tourism” chalet which can also be rented. Care of other small animals, walks in the forest and with donkeys are possible with the rental of the chalet.
We participate in a few occasional farmers markets, sell our meat in short circuit
In the heart of preserved nature we also breed Comtoise mares.

Farmers of rustic breed cattle (Salers) we apply reasoned practices to sell quality meat in a short circuit. We are in HVE (High Environmental Value) Our cottage on the farm (wooden chalet) is sometimes rented but it is primarily used to accommodate children placed on weekends and holidays. The objective is to offer them a "nature parenthesis" with the animals, at the rhythm of the seasons to restore their confidence in their abilities.
