In the heart of the Massif Central, the GAEC "Les Abeilles de l'Abbaye" is located in one of the few places still preserved from intensive agriculture. Production of Auvergne mountain honey exclusively as well as other hive products

Fir honey, wild raspberry, lime blossom, wild mountain flowers and forest honey are produced exclusively on the plateau of La Chaise-Dieu (43) at an altitude of 1100 m.
Packaging in 250gr, 500gr, or 1kg.

100% beeswax candles. 25 different models.
Our candles are made from wax recovered during the extraction of honey as well as during the melting of the frames for their renewal.
Also beeswax in bread (Packaging in 200gr, 400gr, 800gr or 5kg), polish for your furniture, floors, paintings,...

Propolis, from our production, has antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and healing properties. Available in raw form, or in propomel (propolis concentrate added to fir honey).

Finally, artisanal nougat with flower and fir honey, bee-wrap and comb honey (breccia), complete the range of natural products.

Portrait

A couple of beekeepers, Emmanuel Coudert and Véronique Seguy, installed respectively in 2008 and 2016 within the family farm located in the heart of the Plateau de La Chaise-Dieu in Haute-Loire, at an altitude of 1000 m, harvest their honey in a traditional, labeled "Mountain Honey", exclusively from wild plants and trees, which guarantees a healthy and quality natural product.

– Medalists at the 2016 Livestock Summit “Golden Farmers”: 1st prize in the Mountain Honey category with flower honey and 2016 departmental gold medal in the Mountain Honey category with raspberry honey.
– Favorite of the jury at the French honey competition in January 2020 in Paris (Miel de Sapin).
– Gold medal 2022 at the prestigious Concours National des Miels de France
