Established on the clear and fresh waters of the Le Vourzac river, in the middle of greenery, we raise brown trout and rainbow trout. We transform our products and work in an artisanal way: filleting, stripping, slicing, etc.

The Vourzac fish farm raises fish by providing them with an optimum environment for their development.

To do this, we control their diet, oxygenation and density of fish in the tanks, possible stress, as well as their appearance.

This approach, which respects the natural development of the fry, makes it possible to greatly limit treatments and therefore to offer a healthy and qualitative product.

Possibility of purchasing our products on site in the fish farm store: Fresh trout, Smoked trout, Trout rillette, Trout tarama, Trout steaks, etc.
