A la Jouanne

3 quality guest rooms are nestled in a spacious wooden-framed house on one level (walk-in shower, vanity-mounted sink, WC). "SAPIN" room (accessible for disabled people) sleeps 4 (1 bed 2 pers. and 2 single bunk beds)
Each room has adjoining and private bathrooms (walk-in shower, vanity sink, WC).
One of the 3 bedrooms (SAPIN room) is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds).
The rooms are particularly warm because they are all dressed in wood. 3 local species were used to create the rooms: fir, poplar and chestnut. Each eponymous room therefore has its own type of wood. The rooms open directly onto a large paved and covered terrace, with direct access to the garden. A relaxation room is available to guests (room with sofas, board games and books for the general public available).

As an extension of the bedrooms and the terrace, there is a large bright living room (large bay windows) adjoining the owners' private area, where breakfasts and evening meals (table d'hôtes) will be served. Annie and Albert, the owners of the place, are committed to serving you healthy and tasty dishes. Local products give pride of place to fresh produce and most of them are made “home”! For example, Annie's delicious jams, from the traditional to the more special (medlars, rose hips, elderberries, etc.), will delight your taste buds! At dinner, vegetables from the garden, local meat and local cheeses will be highlighted by Albert, a trained chef. The products used are fresh, specify if you would like dinner when making your reservation. Dinner will be charged at €20/person. At La Jouanne, you find yourself in a hiker's paradise. If you want to leave for the day, Annie will be happy to make you a little snack with local flavors: a good local ham sandwich, a little Fourme d'Yssingeaux... and it's a safe bet that Albert will slip his hand into the middle to add one of the culinary surprises he has the secret to!

Outside, the garden is landscaped and is pleasantly flowered in the summer. Wooden garden furniture and sun loungers are available. Many outdoor activities are available to everyone: hiking (PR and GR40), cycling, horseback riding, fishing in rivers, via ferrata in Pertuis, visit to the Corboeuf ravine in Rosières (fragile and astonishing clay canyon multicolored protected by a lava flow), La Jouanne is 20 km from Puy-en-Velay, a town of art and history, UNESCO world heritage. Discover its cathedral, Notre Dame de France and immerse yourself in the heart of the legendary Camino de Compostela.etc….
The landscape of the Sucs (these typical small mountains with rounded tops) makes this beautiful green and hilly region special! Annie and Albert's house equipped with wood central heating. Services offered: baby equipment on request (bed, high chair, etc.). Wireless.
