Le Moulin de Coyac: surrounded by nature and crossed by a stream, this one-hectare property, below the hamlet, has a set of unusual rentals and is part of an ecological approach. Ideal place for nature lovers!
Le Zome du Moulin de Coyac: individual wooden dwelling in the shape of a dome with private terrace and garden furniture. Wooded and very warm interior (wooden floor, walls, ceiling).

This accommodation of approximately 20 m2 with mezzanine has a capacity of 4 people. (2 double beds 2×140 cm). Ground floor: 190 bamboo four-poster bed and 1 double mattress. on the mezzanine. Furniture (high table with matching stools, coffee tables, sofa, rug, decoration with driftwood, books for the general public, tourist documentation, etc.). Opening to the outside (diamond-shaped windows). Wood stove (wood provided). No water point in the rental. Solar lighting. Outdoor dry toilets, private for rental.
The site is located in a white zone (no network).

Path lit at night (solar lighting) to access the common house (50 m from the rental and accessible free of charge 24 hours a day): equipped kitchen, dining room, relaxation room, bathroom (shower and sink on furniture),…

The environment is pleasant: large grassed area, shaded and flowered in season. The property is crossed by a stream (the Vourzac) with a private pond. Private garden/vegetable garden (permaculture).

Rentals are offered on a nightly basis, breakfast included, on a weekly basis and on a per night basis with breakfast for hikers. Bed linen and towels not provided.

Meals offered on site in the form of packed lunches (filmed plates), everything is homemade, with local products and vegetables from the garden. Example of meal offered: green lentils in salad, garden salads, local charcuterie, steamed potatoes, lentil sausages, chocolate cake or walnut cake, strawberry pies, etc.

On site: hot tub (jacuzzi) and Finnish kota-grill by reservation with the owner (paying), numerous outdoor activities: hiking, cycling, horseback riding, fishing, golf, etc.
