Guided tour "Welcome and resistance at Chambon-sur-Lignon and on the Plateau Vivarais-Lignon 39-44", presentation given at the station by your guide followed by a walk in the village. About 2h30.
Groups welcome all year round by reservation.

The Plateau Vivarais-Lignon, land of welcome and refuge (1939-1944). Guided tour in the village with the exhibition at the station of Chambon-sur-Lignon "Images and Words of our villages" on the theme of refugees, the Righteous, Protestantism. All year by appointment. Group visits coupled with the Le Velay Express train and or the Chambon Memorial Site. In July and August weekly guided tours on Tuesdays at 15 p.m.

Transmitting a historical heritage, that of our Plateau Vivarais-Lignon, during the Second World War has become a duty for me, in memory of our grandparents for their action and their benevolence towards the persecuted. The journey of memory is values that I want to share but also above all talk about our actions for others today on our Plateau.
