Blesle is one of the prettiest villages in Haute-Loire, near Brioude and Issoire. It's a warm little part of the world where it's good to live, stroll and stop on the terrace.
If you're interested, I'll meet you at one of them and take you on a private tour through the labyrinth of its medieval streets...
On the program: Romanesque art, monastic life, half-timbered architecture, but also... conviviality around a homemade aperitif or one based on very local products (or a snack depending on the time of our meeting...).
The visit will end under the old market hall with an aperitif based on local and/or homemade products. Selected examples: rosé wine from Boudes, organic farm terrines from Lavaudieu, Cantal cubes with raw milk, homemade bread…
