On the high plateaus of Velay, on the borders of Haute-Loire and Ardèche, mushrooms invite you to meet them, under the colors of autumn...
In the village of St-Bonnet, a gastronomic mecca, you will learn how to find, pick, recognize, differentiate, cook and then taste mushrooms for your greatest pleasure. This stay will leave you with a "tasty" memory of your stay in the south of Auvergne!

The program:

Day 1: Welcome and installation in your *** hotel in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2 and 3: After breakfast, you will go through the woods with a mycologist, to discover different varieties. Return to your hotel for lunch. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: “Wine and Mushrooms” evening: tasting with a fine wine specialist during the aperitif and gourmet dinner.

Day 4: After your breakfast, departure for your region.
