Time for a hike, bike ride or donkey ride, the Altiligerian heights offer unique landscapes and exceptional views of the Ardèche from the Mount Gerbier de Jonc or even share unique moments on the banks of the Loire... A place that turns out to be the ideal playground for all kinds ofnature activities : hiking, trail running, canicross, mountain biking, climbing, electric scooter, paragliding, horseback riding, fishing, swimming, bungee jumping and giant zip lines at the Monastier-sur-Gazeille...
Mézenc, Loire, Meygal and the joys of winter
With its 1 m altitude, the Mezenc is the roof of the Haute-Loire, with his neighbor the Alambre and the massif of Megal, they offer beautiful winter walks every winter (or almost), with your feet in the snow. At Estables, we can do ski of course, but not only! It is a playful alpine area, particularly suitable for children and for learning the discipline. Between them, the Meygal and the Mézenc also offer 50 km from the pistes de ski de fond et 15 km dedicated to snowshoes.
The slopes of Mezenc and Mount Chaulet also lend themselves to other winter outdoor activities such as sled dogs, snowkite, the construction of igloos, or the paragliding on skis for the more adventurous!
